Martin A. Shrout, Notary Public
I have always loved people. From my earliest recollections, I have enjoyed making friends (never knowing a stranger) and helping people. As I grew up as a Preacher's kids I discovered a love for Christ and His Church. Starting in 1982 I have served the church as a youth pastor, minister of music, and lead pastor. I've been an ordained minister since 1989. During those years I enjoyed working and helping all sorts of people. God has blessed me with rich experiences and relationships. Now today I have started a new avenue of helping others through being a Notary and Signing Agent. Each of us has times in our lives when we need a little help from someone to help us with the different legal forms and documents of our day. I believe I will bring honesty, integrity, and compassion to this work.

I was born and raised in the Portland area and returned six years ago to my childhood home in Milwaukie. After a twenty-plus year career in insurance, I spent several years working in the advertising field until I started Portland Mobile Notary. As a life-long resident of the area I felt very passionately about starting a business that would add to the community and provide a necessary service.
Carl Ronnander, Notary Public
Upon reflecting on my career as a Notary Loan Signing Agent. To think that close to five years ago I remember starting out in our first office, Which was in reality not much bigger than a cubical it was a small 8' by 15' space with no outside window, and to imagine sharing that same space with two other notaries. Coziness was definitely a word to describe the environment. Now fast forward to today with a more spacious office. Which allows sufficiently more than adequate elbow room and to also allow more space to add to our staffing needs to accommodate the ever growing needs of our community which consists of individuals, families and businesses.
