a 50 mile radius for emergency notarization at hospitals, care

What are your travel fees?
We charge a $75.00 travel fee for 15 miles ($1.24 per additional
mile). Each notarization act is $10.00. Weekends, after hours, and
holidays add $10.00. Printing, scanning, and mailing is an extra
$25.00. A $5.00 fee applies if you pay by credit card.
Do you offer emergency or same-day notarization?
Yes, we offer same-day emergency notarization services 7 days a week,
9am to 5pm. Our mobile notary comes to your location wherever you are.
What type of ID is acceptable for notarization?
Acceptable ID includes a current DMV-issued driver's license or ID
card, US passport or US passport card, US military ID, tribal ID,
official passport of a foreign country, or corrections ID. Unless
incarcerated, we need a photo ID.
What if I don't have ID, or my ID is outdated for more than 3 years?
The notary can identify you if they have known you personally for a
long time, or a trusted person who personally knows you can swear to
your identity in front of the notary. They must present their own
valid photo ID.
What do I do if my document does not come with a notarial certificate?
If your document does not come with a notarial certificate (a section
with wording for the notary to sign and stamp), don't worry — we can
attach a compliant certificate for you. Because notaries are legally
prohibited from choosing the type of notarization, please confirm with
your receiving agency whether you require an
Acknowledgment or a Jurat, and
inform us of your choice.

Yes, the elderly are our specialty. We frequently provide bedside
